Library
The Library organizes knowledge into Atoms—foundational concepts designed to be learned in minutes but built upon for years. Each atom belongs to one of four schools, representing the pillars of cross-disciplinary education.
Pattern & Play
Mathematics, probability, systems thinking, and creative reasoning. This school explores how patterns reveal structure in chaos, how chance shapes outcomes, and how playful experimentation leads to deeper understanding of complexity.
Story & Expression
Mythology, rhetoric, writing, and visual communication. This school explores how stories structure our understanding, how language persuades, and how expression—whether through words or design—shapes culture and consciousness.
Society & Self
Psychology, philosophy, ethics, and human flourishing. This school examines how we learn, why we behave as we do, what gives life meaning, and how freedom and responsibility shape both individuals and communities.
Making
Craft, design, building, and publishing. This school emphasizes learning through creation—whether coding a website, writing for an audience, tracking personal systems, or developing any skill through deliberate practice and feedback.
How the Library Works
Schools
Four domains of knowledge that form the foundation of cross-disciplinary thinking. Each school contains multiple related domains.
Domains
Specific areas within each school. Mathematics, Psychology, Writing—these are the categories that organize atoms into coherent groups.
Atoms
Bite-sized concepts—the building blocks of understanding. Each atom is designed to be learned quickly and remembered permanently.
